Armchair Epidemiology: Exploring MERS

Yesterday afternoon, I had an opportunity to share some of my work on MERS with Marc Lipsitch’s lab over at HSPH. In addition to discussing data curation and limitations, I presented a few initial exploratory analyses from my most recent MERS research (Slides 13-19). It was a fantastic chance to field questions and garner feedback on the concept before diving in deep! I’ll be addressing the research topic – as well as the exploratory analyses – more thoroughly at a later date.
