#Ebola2014: A Visualization

As promised early last week, I’ve created an interactive visualization that addresses Ebola that takes a closer look at outbreaks in history – including rates of lab confirmation among cases as well as mortality. The objective of this project is to help those that are interested in Ebola 2014 get a better grasp on how the current outbreak in West Africa compares to outbreaks of the past. I’ll be actively updating this visualization as statistics change. Click through the static image below to get to the interactive version, hosted by Piktochart. (Can’t click through the image?
